Another Win For The Younglings!

Hello all and welcome back to my blog posts!

As well as a gold medal in the Reader's Favorite Book Awards,

Book 3, Mayhem & Magic, has won another award!

It was a finalist in the 2024 IAN Book of the Year Awards in 

“Fiction: Paranormal/Supernatural.”

 and I couldn’t be more thrilled! 

I’ll have more news about the Reader’s Favorite Book Awards ceremony in Miami soon!

Someone asked me which of the four books is my favourite—

a difficult question to answer as I love them all equally.

Books one and two are great introductions to the gang and their world, and they are almost 17, turning 18 years old.

But to be honest, books three and four see the hot Scooby Squad mature, shine, fall in love (with plenty of on-page romance, YA, of course), experience emotional losses, and breeze into their character development.

I’m super excited about the new NA Romantasy series I’m writing, blending contemporary romantasy with Greek mythology.

If you love escaping with alpha holes, morally grey nitwits, snarky, kick-ass women, and heaps of sizzling on-page romance scenes, you’ll love it!

The series, titled BROTHERS OF OLYMPUS, will explore the modern-day love stories of the three primordial gods, Hades, Poseidon, and Zeus, in retellings. 

Book one, Hades’ love story, is complete, edited, and proofread, and I’m awaiting one more beta reader’s feedback.

The rest of the beta readers and my critique partners loved it!

Phew. 

The first draft of book two, Poseidon’s love story, is 20% complete at the moment. Life, illness, a fried brain, and all that jazz get in the way sometimes...

The backlash of penning five books in two and a half years. My poor brain needed a chill-out. 

But I'm back on track and will share some snippets next year!

The three MCs in The Brothers of Olympus series are all arrogant arseholes,

 but who doesn’t love an excellent touch-her-and-die alpha hole?

I do!

Especially when they mess with firecracker FMCs,

who still have a vulnerable side, but won’t tolerate their godly BS.
